Signed Agreements Overview

Vultr uses DocuSign to manage and execute account DPA (Data Processing Agreement) and BAA (Business Associate Agreement) agreements. The Trust & Compliance page located inside of the Vultr Console provides an overview of each agreement and its signing lifecycle. The Status column shows the current state of each agreement in real time: Sent, Delivered, and Completed. Agreements can be accessed from the Compliance page and downloaded for future reference.

Permissions & Access

• The Signed Agreements section is available only to root users and users granted the required IAM permission (account.signedagreement.List).
• Only agreements sent to your own Vultr account are visible. Agreements sent to other accounts are not shown, even within the same organization.

Troubleshooting

• No agreements shown: Make sure an agreement has been sent to your account through DocuSign. If you expect an agreement to appear but it is not listed, contact Vultr Support.
• Permission denied: If you cannot access the Signed Agreements section, verify that your account is a root user or has been granted the account.signedagreement.List IAM permission. Contact your organization's administrator to request access.
• Download fails: Verify account ownership, current organization and permissions. If download continues to fail, please contact Vultr Support.
