Yes. Vultr currently allows up to 2 ISO images per account. If you want to upload more ISO images, consider removing old ISOs to free up space.

You can not delete a custom ISO if it's attached to a Cloud Compute instance. First, delete the instance, and then delete the ISO file.
That is not how I experience it. I have always imported an ISO file, used it to install a system on a vdc and then removed the iso and the vdc is unaffected. I hope this didn't change recently or this service will no longer work for me.
