Get details of a port forwarding rule on a NAT gateway in a Vultr VPC with the Vultr CLI using the VPC, gateway, and rule IDs. Includes usage and an example.

Retrieves the details of a specific port forwarding rule configured on a NAT gateway within a designated VPC, identified by its rule ID.
