Yes, Vultr offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to support customers that are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable data protection laws. If your organization requires a DPA to satisfy GDPR compliance obligations, you can request a copy for electronic signature.

To initiate the process, please either:

  • Contact your assigned account manager, or
  • Submit a request through the Vultr Customer Portal.
