How to Enable DDoS Protection on a Vultr Cloud GPU Instance

Block network flooding aimed at a Vultr Cloud GPU instance by turning on DDoS protection via Console or Terraform.

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection monitors traffic and mitigates DDoS attacks against an instance to help keep the instance available. DDoS protection activates a set of tools that block network flooding attempts targeting an instance.

Follow this guide to enable DDoS protection on a Vultr Cloud GPU instance using the Vultr Console or Terraform.

Navigate to Compute and click Instances.
Click your target Cloud GPU instance to open its management page.
Navigate to the DDoS tab.
Click Enable DDoS Protection.
Click Enable DDoS Protection in the confirmation prompt to enable DDoS protection on the instance.
