Can I Delete or Close My Vultr Account?

Yes, you can permanently close your Vultr account using one of two methods: via the Vultr Console or by contacting our Support Team.

Method 1: Self-Service Account Closure

You can request account closure directly from the Vultr Console:

1. Log in to your Vultr account.
2. Visit your account cancellation page.
3. Click Continue Closing Account.
4. Provide a reason for closing the account.
5. Click Close Account to complete the process.

Once completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Method 2: Request Account Closure via Support

If you require assistance while closing your Vultr account:

1. Log in to your Vultr account.
2. Navigate to Support and click Open Ticket.
3. Expand the section titled "Did you find what you need? If not, click here to open a ticket."
4. Under Category, select Account Cancellation.
5. Provide a Subject and briefly explain the reason for closing your account in the Message box.
6. Click Open Ticket to submit your request.

Our support team will verify your request and process the closure.
