Yes, you can permanently close your Vultr account using one of two methods: via the Vultr Customer Portal or by contacting our Support Team.
Before closing your account, please ensure the following:
- All active services are destroyed.
- Any outstanding balance is paid in full.
- Account deletion is irreversible and will result in permanent data loss.
Method 1: Self-Service Account Closure
You can request account closure directly from the Vultr Customer Portal:
- Log in to your Vultr account.
- Visit your account cancellation page.
- Click Continue Closing Account.
- Provide a reason for closing the account.
- Click Close Account to complete the process.
Once completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Method 2: Request Account Closure via Support
If you require assistance while closing your Vultr account:
- Log in to your Vultr account.
- Navigate to Support and click Open Ticket.
- Expand the section titled "Did you find what you need? If not, click here to open a ticket."
- Under Category, select Account Cancellation.
- Provide a Subject and briefly explain the reason for closing your account in the Message box.
- Click Open Ticket to submit your request.
Our support team will verify your request and process the closure.
