When you initiate an email address change in the Vultr Customer Portal, Vultr sends confirmation requests to both the existing (old) and newly entered email addresses. To successfully update your email address, you must confirm the change by clicking the verification links sent to both email accounts. The update will not take effect until both confirmations are completed.
