Vultr GPU products follow a distinct billing model compared to standard Compute instances. Beginning October 1, 2024, all GPU plans are billed using a 730-hour monthly calculation, which reflects the industry standard for hourly-based billing.

Unlike general-purpose Compute instances that cap monthly billing at 672 hours, GPU instances are charged for the actual number of hours in the calendar month, such as 720 hours in a 30-day month or 744 hours in a 31-day month.

This updated model ensures transparent and consistent pricing. To maintain price alignment, hourly rates for GPU plans have been adjusted. For example, a plan that previously billed $0.179/hour for 672 hours may now be billed at $0.165/hour under the 730-hour model.
