Can I Attach an Existing Vultr Account as a Sub-Account to My Vultr Account?

How to add an existing Vultr account as a sub-account to your primary Vultr account through support assistance


You cannot directly attach an existing Vultr user account as a Sub-Account through the Vultr Customer Portal. However, Vultr Support can assist with this process upon request.

To link an existing Vultr account as a Sub-Account:

  1. Open a support ticket from your Parent Account.
  2. Include the target account's email address and confirm that the user can authorize the adoption request.
  3. Ensure the existing account is accessible and able to approve the association with your Parent Account.

Once approved, the target account will be linked as a Sub-Account, and billing will be managed centrally by the Parent Account.

Note
Sub-Account adoption requires manual intervention and authorization by Vultr Support.
