Can I Edit the Vultr Sub-Account Information Details?

Sub-Account information details cannot be edited directly from the Parent Account and require Vultr Support assistance for modifications.


You cannot directly modify the account information of a Vultr Sub-Account from the Parent Account. To update the Sub-Account details, such as the email address, organization name, or other associated metadata, please contact Vultr Support for assistance.

To request an update:

  1. Open a support ticket from your Parent Account.
  2. Include the Sub-Account’s email address and Account ID.
  3. Specify the exact details you wish to update.

Only authorized changes submitted from the Parent Account will be processed to ensure account security and proper linkage.
