Understand NAT Gateway deletion restrictions for VPC-only instances in Vultr.

A VPC’s NAT Gateway cannot be deleted if there are still VPC-Only instances attached to it. This is because instances in private subnets rely on the NAT Gateway for outbound connectivity.
