Vultr determines your tax location based on the billing address associated with your account. By default, this is set to the payment address of your primary payment method at the time of account creation.
In some jurisdictions, we're legally required to consider additional information, such as your current IP address, recent payment data, or alternate billing details to comply with local tax regulations.
Updates to your tax location or billing address are not retroactive. They will only affect future finalized invoices.
