How Do I Add an Authorized Billing User?

How to add a user with billing permissions to your Vultr account for delegating payment responsibilities


To delegate billing responsibilities, you can add another user to your Vultr account with specific billing permissions.

When adding the user, be sure to grant the following permissions:

  • Manage Billing – Grants access to view and update payment settings, billing history, and invoices.
  • Create Support Ticket – Allows the user to contact Vultr Support for billing-related inquiries.

These permissions ensure the user can manage billing tasks independently while maintaining account security.
