What If I'm Unable to Pay My Invoice?

Explains the consequences of unpaid invoices and outlines the actions Vultr may take regarding account suspension or termination per their Terms of Service.


If you're unable to pay your Vultr invoice, it's important to take immediate action to avoid service disruption. Per our Terms of Service, Vultr may suspend or terminate your subscription, access to services, or account if payment is not received on time or your payment method fails.

To avoid interruption:

  • Update your payment method in the Billing section of the Vultr Customer Portal.
  • Review your current usage and destroy any non-essential resources to limit further charges.
  • Check for failed payments or declined transactions and contact your payment provider if needed.

If you've already received a suspension notice, resolving the outstanding balance will automatically restore access in most cases. If you require additional support, open a support ticket and our team will assist you.
